The 'regular meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission was called to order
at 7 :35 p.m. in the Council Chambers of Eu lfass City Hall by Chai.;anan Larry

DISCUSSION OF PROTOSED ZONING C3RDrNMAUKGB
The Commission conducted a workshop review of Section 5-101 through Section
5-1=4 of the proposed Zoning Ordinance requesting Code Teclui.ol.ogy to make
certain changes. Mr, Rod Tyler stated he would review the remaining
sections of the ordinance with the consultants before bringing the
ordinance black before the P & Z Commission.

Deithlo£i Left at 10:00 p.m.)
REPORTS
The Commission was :Wade aware of two planning & zoning short courses being
offered.
