Mr. Balsinge.r stated that once this property was zoned 1-1 it would remain so and, since the existing apa:rtmpnts in the area had just about _-eached the end of their structural life, he felt industria]. zoning at this location was not in the be.tit: interest of the City. Mr. Tyson. .suited that the City has adequr ate wiiou.nt s of vacant .'Land c.urrentIv zoned industrial and could not see any Justification for the rezoning. Mr. Zahn agreed with Mr. Tyson & Mr.. Balsinger. M. Ingram explained that al.thougli.. Mr. Anrterson`s business was pre- sented as being a small, quiet business, it did not appear appropriate for that area, and he ^oul.d not see juz>tzf:i. _ati.on. for an industrial -on3,ng in this neighborhr_od.l.
