Four.----Planning & Zoning Counission Meeting, May 17, 1988 Mr. Ingram asked for any additional proponents. There being none, he asked for any opponents. There being none, Chairman Ingram closed the public hearing on VZC-88-07. After closing the public hearing, the Commission agreed, request was a good solution for the neighborhood. C'na.i.cman Ingram called for a motion. Mr. Dwei-u; made a motion to approve OZC-88-07 with changes specified by the applicant in his presentation. Specifically, the changes approved are as follows: The minimum front building setback be established at twenty-five feet (25' ) on all lots except Lots VR thru 6-R, Black D, which would have a twenty foot (20' ) minimum front building setback. Lots 71-R thru 81-R, Block Q Lots 12-R thru 16-R and 25-R thru 28-R, Block B; Lots 23-R thru 25-R, Block C; Lots 7-R thru 9-JR, 20-R. thru ?4--P and Lots 36-P, thru 40-P, Block 0, would have a fifteen foot (15' ) minimum front building setback. The minimum masonry requirement be established at 80% on the first floor of the front elevation and the first floor of both side elevations. That. the applicant provide cross drainage easement fencing on the lots encumbered by the drainage easement; that a detail of tin fence that satisfies the needs of the drainage easement and the intent of the prepetual maintenance agreement be placed on the development plan, and that the detail be placed on the development plan prior to City Council consideration of the development plan. Mr. Deithloff seconded the motion and the vote is as follows: Ayes: Ingram, Hill, Zahn, Owens, Tyson, Bal singer, Deithloff Nays: None Chairman Ingram declared the motion carried.
