Mr. Colin O'Dowd, manager of Cock Building Systems, stated that their cozrapany imports prefabricated garages and other storage buildings from New Zealand for retail sale. They are requesting the zoning change; to allow they outside storage and display of the buildings can the. subject property. 'qtr. Mr. O'Dowd stated that the displays would be changed approximately every two years and that they teat: up the concrete foundation where the buildings sit. The gravel surface would be more suitable for that purpose.. Aar. Tyson asked if the specific use permit for outdoor storage would ran with the prope=rty. Mr. Tyler explained that the specific use permit_ approved in accordance with the site plan would run with the property; however, it. would be for that use and Site plan layout only. There being n; additional proponents or opponents, Chairman Ingram closed the public hearing. Mr. Deithlolf made a :c (-(ion to approve #ZC-89-02 as presented.
