C:taairman Ingram stated the rules of the publ=ic hearing and declared he public hearing open. ?r. John Lamond, owner of Tarrant Printing Company, Fort Worth Texas, presented the request. He stated that the reasons for this move to the Euless area was because of the need for a larger fa: .'ity and Euless represented a good midway point between Dallas and Fort Worth clientele. Tarrant. Printing's proposal will utilize :-ghat is now a vacant shopping center and they plan to bring in additional printing related tenants to occupy now vacant space's as well Diu to leasing to other rC-2 related businesses. Mr. Esmond stated that the truck deliveries would be made only during normal business hours, the noise level would be loss than that experienced with the grocery store and that the chemicals used fo,. cleaning would be disposed of in accordance with Federal., State and loca<. requirements. This business would be fully conducted within the building and would not be a nuisance to the residential areas. Chairman Ingram asked if there were an y other proponents. There being none, Chairman;rman Ingrwn asked for any opponents. There being none, he close* the public i:i.c }-tearing. Mr. Owens made a motion to approve #?C-89-08 as presented., Per. Deithl off seconded the motion and the rote is as follows: Ayes: Messrs. Ingram, Deithloff, Balsinger, Zahn, Owens, Tyson and Hill Nays: None Chairman Ingram declared the motion. carried.
