Chairman ingrain explained the rules governing a public hearing and
then opened the public hearing.
Rod Tyler, Senior Planner for the City of Euless pres:_r:ted the
He stated he would be glad to go over the proposal. at
whatever level of detail they desired.
There being no one f:i fther for or against the matter at hand in the
audience, Chairman Ingram opened discussion among the Commissioners.
The commissioners requested that Paragraph "k", in Section 7-1003 be
reworded to clearly read that the no1:.e levels in the evening ng and
night time bc_ the lowest DBa, and the higher DBa be d',jring daytime
hours.
There being no further discussion, Chairman Ingram closed the public
hearing.

Piro Hill seconded the motion and the vote was as follows:
