Rod Tyler, Senior Planner for the City of Euless pres:_r:ted the He stated he would be glad to go over the proposal. at whatever level of detail they desired. There being no one f:i fther for or against the matter at hand in the audience, Chairman Ingram opened discussion among the Commissioners. The commissioners requested that Paragraph "k", in Section 7-1003 be reworded to clearly read that the no1:.e levels in the evening ng and night time bc_ the lowest DBa, and the higher DBa be d',jring daytime hours. There being no further discussion, Chairman Ingram closed the public hearing.
