F'AT©RMA FOR A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT IN A C-2 ZONE TO ALLOW FOR CAR SALES AT 3000 WEST EULESS BOTTLEVARD Chairman irma:n i=ngram explained the rules governing a public hearing and then opened the public hearing. Mr. David Allee, (:resent .;ng the request c'n behalf of Mr. Pat:rma, explained that this "proposal was a for a car lot and their intentions were to pave the entire lot, cosmel_:i-- .,ally" repair the existing building, and operate a small used car dealership.
