Mr. Tysoi-.L e:n-pressed concern regarding the corner lots on Kynette, Drive where 1.5' building line is proposed instead of 25' !>uilaing .line. He stated t1haL he was conc.�.,rnedl about the sight visibd.Lity at these corners and the corner loll--_s could bbe cl_rt in a sqq;Uare with a 25' build—ing ii.ne and be in compliance with th-i-z-t and inan;_­e. He stated this change would enhance the property and th.e s-e.11-ing value.. Mr. Canpbell explained that these were unusually deep Lots and they felt that- the 15' I-Xii.l.ding _11..-n,-s would not obs-truct visibility to traffic and at thie same time nrovidle the homeowner w-i 'Uh femcing up to the 15' froill the street. He advi.sed that- these lots could be changed back -to the required 25' building line and to also change the pads if that would be acceptable to il-he ccn--MPISSICM. Pie Four, Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting, January 1990 Therefore, at this time he declared that he was resigning as Chairman and would resumes a normal glace on the Commission. Mr. Ingram then turned the gave! over to the Vice Chairman and expressed his personal opinion that an election should be scheduled to Fill the vacancy. Mr. Owens stated that he did not have a problem with Mr. Ingram's resignation on the grounds of personal reasons. But as for the election, -it was legal and already in the hooks and over with. Mr. Hill stated that it Mr. Ingram was resigning on the grounds of the election, then be could not accept the resignation as stated. But if he was resigning on the grounds of personal reasons, Mier it wound be acceptable. Al_ the Lather Commissioners :agreed. Mr. Deit?doff felt that Mr. ingrain had devoted as 21ucTt time to the Commission as any other member. He did not understand how much more a Chairman could o than was already being don" Ue stated that he felt like we had one of the best staffs in the area. He commended the staff members present on doing a super job and making the Chairman's job a lot easier. All the Commissioners were in agreement that the election ran the way it wa,'.'+' meant to be run. Mr. Ingram restated his reasons for .resigning to being personal in nature, but also expressed that this was a multi--sided thing on his P�- ar He explained that. he did not want to resign .*roil the Commission because he enjoys being a part of this organization. Mr. Hill secon ded the niot io-n, and the vote is as follows- Ayes: Messrs. Owens, Hill, I ngram and Tyson Nays: Messrs.
