The plan is to take "be.6fore" and "after" pict.ure---b, send a letter to all Property owners along the freeway enclosing these pictures to hopefully encourage property owners to _loin us in making- this area more attractive. Hopefully, we will continue to receive permission to clean were lots and influence other property owners to clean up this area. PRESENTATION OF IUD USE ASSUMPTIONS REPORT GIVEN BY ROD TYLER Mr. Tyler explained that the City was in the process of iieiplenreeenting an Impact Fee and .part of that L roces.s involved he Preparation of land itse assumptions.
