CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission was called to
order at 7:30 p.m. in 'r..he Council Chambers of the Municipal ?i:3:iid .1 g
by Vice-Chairman George Zahn.

Mr. Baisinger reported that he was in the process of organizing a

courage new development. He has obtained permission '{'rom a land owner

recruited, and anyone interested in assisting is asked to meet or the
triangular tract between the transmission hop ana the walkover
Leading to Euless junior High ;school. They are asked to bring their
lawn m.oa;er,, edgf:rs, s ?E vets, rake;, etc. , afl.`'l� lend a hand. Mr.
Ba.asinger is expecting a call this wee.k to verify volunteers from the
phone cor3pany. The plan is to take "be.6fore" and "after" pict.ure---b,
send a letter to all Property owners along the freeway enclosing these
pictures to hopefully encourage property owners to _loin us in making-
this area more attractive. Hopefully, we will continue to receive
permission to clean were lots and influence other property owners to
clean up this area.

PRESENTATION OF IUD USE ASSUMPTIONS REPORT GIVEN BY ROD TYLER
Mr. Tyler explained that the City was in the process of iieiplenreeenting
an Impact Fee and .part of that L roces.s involved he Preparation of

were derived from historical trends and relationships; explaining that
land uses are a function or population charge. 3 .rip 7.e linear
