Mr. Moise expla-Lned that the proposal would -leave Comierclal property fronting S.H. 1^ as recou-miended by City Counc 5111 on August 14, 199-0. Mr. Tyson eypressed concern over the safety of the street's curve radius. Mr. Craig info. rmed t1m­ 'ormniss.ion that this was reviewed by Cii-y staff and found accept-able by Mr. Rod Tyler and Mr. JIM McKannila. Mr. Jim, McKanna assuri:!d the � tbat the curve radlus -met the Conm.i.ssion City requirements. Mr. Tyson then expressed concern over 'the absence of eyebrows in this pro,ject . Mr. McKanna specula-trz.-a t"he eyebru.-ws were absent b,­-cause t1le position of the boundary lines would restrict their inclusion. Mr. Zahn noted that on the plat submitted, 230' was the total width of the 4 Ints shown on Potomac; whereas, the survey lino showed 236' . liiie questioned Mr. Moise as to how the discrepan-v would be corri--:cted. Mr. Moise stated the correcte,71 f li -L gures would be submittr�rl on Unt:-.. final plat and would co.-respond with the total area. Deithloff, Clem. , Tyson and Zahn: Nays: None Acting Chairman Zahn declared the motion carried. II. Goodson, Jr. , Inc. , for Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems, stated he would be happy to answer any questions the Commission had regarding this final plat. proposal. There being no questions; Fir. Deithloff moved to approve #P-90-13 as presented. :fir. Tyson seconded the nDt:ion, and the vote was as follows: Ayes: Messers. Deithloff, Owens, Tyson and Zahn. Nays: None Acting Chairman Zahn declared the motion carried. III_ REPORTS & ADJOURINKENT Randy Byers, Director of Streets S Utilities, informed the C(xrniiss`,on that the curb has been removed from the- 20`0 Nilt">ck of Midway Road to Rambling Lane, and this seems to have alleviated the "a-turn'' problem. Mr. Craig mentioned the Texas Chapter of American Planning Association Seminar which will he held in Fort Worth October 3-6, 1.990, If any member wishes to attend at. the City' s expense, contact Mr. Rod Tyler and reservations will be made.
