The size of Lot 4 was not proposed to be changed because. the potential buyer er r,3tlno afford a larger lot. The Other lots would be made larger .and; therefore, more desirable to other potential buyers. Chairman Hill, asked if there was any opposition to the rezoning, there being none he called for a Ration, Mr. Cw;_r:s na&-: a motion to approve 4ZC-`0--06 as presented. Mr. D'eithlo`f seconded the motion and -the vote was as follows- Ages: Messers. Owens, aals nge? , Deitnloff, hill, Zahn, and `.4'?,son. Nays: None. Chairman Bill declared the motion carried. II.
