Mr. Fuller stated the request was for all the lots s currently zoned
L-I... The size of Lot 4 was not proposed to be changed because. the
potential buyer er r,3tlno afford a larger lot. The Other lots would be
made larger .and; therefore, more desirable to other potential buyers.
Chairman Hill, asked if there was any opposition to the rezoning, there
being none he called for a Ration,
Mr. Cw;_r:s na&-: a motion to approve 4ZC-`0--06 as presented.
Mr. D'eithlo`f seconded the motion and -the vote was as follows-
Ages: Messers. Owens, aals nge? , Deitnloff, hill, Zahn, and `.4'?,son.
Nays: None.
Chairman Bill declared the motion carried.

:fir. Tyler noted that copies of the City Council and Zoning Board of
Adjustment minutes were enclosed. He stated that this year the ZBI;:
bad granted - ar.i,ances with respect to mir:l.mmm parking re(ruirements;
minimum lot width requirements; and denied a request for a variance to
the reap' yard requirements in R-1 districts.
