Mr. Hill inquired as to the expected date of completion of the entire
project.
Mr. e-splained that the architect. had loom hired, plans are
being drawn up and construction should begin by this year's end.
Mr. Tyler noted that the applicant had requested public improvements
on Lot 16R-1 be deferred until the building permit application was
made.
Mr. Zahn to approve P490-15 replat as presented, with the
condition that a note be placed on the plat stating that water and
sewer taps on Lot :1111.6R-I would be re(juired at. the time cd building
permit issuance.
Mr. Deithloff seconded the motion and the vote was as follows.
Ayes: Messers. Hill, Deithloff, Zahn it Tyson
Nays: Mr. Owens
Chairman Hill declared the motion carried.
