CONSIDER CORRECTED PLAT - P90-18, LOTS 29 & 343, BLOCK A, ARBOR GLEN ADDITION Mr. Billy Mitchell, representing Arbor Glen :tomes, inc. , stated that the structure was built on the property line in error and Arbor Glen Homes, inc. is requesting the lot liTh''- be moved which would correct this problem. CONSIDER PREL:ININARY P.I A`.i` - P91-431 - RUSTIC OAKS ESTATES ADDITION, 134 LOTS, TOTALING 47 ACRES Mr. Pat Atkins,. representing Rustic Oaks }:states, stated ..hat City staff con"ent s regardi_nr, this plat had been responded to and changes, made. He stated that he felt they were in full conformance with the Subdivision Ordinance. Mr. Atkins stated that the primary concern in regard; to the previous plat swbotittal were 1 ssu.. s surrounding the drainage study which had yet to be completed. Since that time, tho drainage study by Dr. C;affey has beer.. and the prel im i nary plans, are in accordance with this study. Mr-. Young asked Per. Atkins if arrangements had been made to remove the till on an existing 135' drainage easement. *fir. Atkins stated that these fill cond:i.t:..i.=.arcs :toad been identified in Dr.r.
