The regular meeting of the Planning & Zoning Co m.i.ssion was cal-led to
order by Chairman Jack Hill at 7:32 p.m. , in the Council Chambers of
the Euless Municipal Building.

Chairrn Hill plained the rules governing a public hearing and then
opened the public hearing.
19r. David P .e, President of M-Davy, Inc. , 310 North Main Street,
Euless, Tomas, along with ids:. MohamTad H. Na:zeri., were present, to
brief the 0cmi.ss?oners.
Per. Pearce advised the Cormissioners that they have a convenience
store at this address and are requesting trailer storage (U-Haul.
Rental) . He state there is a need for this type of service.
Chairman Hill asked if they were proposing to park only in the rear of
the building. Mr. Pearce stated that storage would be on bath sides
and in the rear with parking for stare customers in the front.
Carmssioner Clgens asked, if the applicant was aware of the present
zoning on this property. Per. Pearce stated that the property was
zoned. C-1, and that they were asking for a Specific Use Remit for the
renting of the trailers.
Chairron Hill advised the applicant that the property is presently
zone C- I which prohibits outside storage. He further e/4plained that
the property would have to be changed to a C-2 zoning with a Specific
Use Permit request.
Chiman Hill asked for other proponents- 'There being none, Chairman

Hill asked if there were any opponents. There being none, he closed
the public hearing and asked for dis wssi.on among the Ca i.ssioners.
After sam discussion with the Ccunis<sioners and the applicant, Mr.
Pearce advise the Comru sionnr es that he wished to withdraw his
request for the Specific Use ?nni.t at this tire in order that they
may revise their request and re-submit at another tunic..
Cha.i._rr an Hill advised that this item had been withdrawn and no further
action was required.

being agent tonight.
