The City of Eizless Land Use Work Session was convened at 5:30 p.m., in
the Downstairs Conference Room of the Administration Building for the
Pulse of discussing goals, strategies, objectives and procedures.

Cmi%ltants present were David Tees, Robert Wegner and Ann Zatta..
Paul Kn ce Byer, Randy Byers, Beverly Adair, Alan Moffatt, Nelson
Hodges, Neal Adam. and Modesto moo.
Mr. Werner and Mr. Tees both carefully reviewed with the groom
the differences between goals/objectives and policies.
` hey presented a draft of goals which, were extracted from the
interviews and the survey that they conducted In December and
January.
The group was divided into five (5) teas and given three to four
goals to review.
In order to assist the tom, the facilitators distributed work
its that suggested ways to analyze the preliminary goals.

preliminary gals.
Final, wording of the goals were turned in at the end of the
meeting.
The meeting concluded at 9:15 p.m.
