lie City of Euless Land Use Work Session was convened at 5:30 p.m., in
the Dmist3rs Conference Room of the Administration Building for the
pease- of discussing goals, strategies, objectives and procedures.

Smith, Bobby Baker and Peter Staks.

City Manager Tom Hart, Assistant City Manager Kay Godbey, Director of
Development & rations Joe Hennig, City Planner Rod Tyler, Director
of Commmity Services Rick Herold, Police Chief K. B. Fuller, Fire
Chief Lee Koontz and Public Information Officer Kathy Carlton.
Citizens relwesenting Euless were Alan Moffatt, Latty Lynn Maloney and
Charles Miller.
Consultants present were David Tees, Robert War and Ann Zata.

Mr. Wegner distributed the results of the January 21st land Use Work
Session from the five team winch were given goals to review.
Mr. Tees distributed a handout, "Steps to Strategic Success", which he
felt old be beneficial to the team for their work session.
The group was again divided into five (5) different teas and asked to
take assigned goals and establish policies and objectives.

The team then split out into the defined ed tee and worked on the
needed policies and objectives.
The tewo turned in what policies and objectives they had established
at the end of the meeting.
