The Planning and Zoning Commission contimied their meeting in the i=ii Chambers at 7:00 p.m., for the consideration of scheduled itins. PU'MMU ON CF APPFdxMMCK Mayor Sanuels presented Commissioner Jack Hill with a plaque for his service as past Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission frcm January 1999 throixjh January 1993. IS» ON SECTICN 8 - SM RAN OF IM LWIFIM Chairman, Young advised the audience that the Commissioners have been reviewing the Unified Development Control Document and tonight they are reviewing Article 8 --Site Plan. He asked if the Carmissioners had any tents or questions regarding this section of the document. Because it was apparent that the Caam.ission was not in total agreement with this issue, the C:amission decided to address each section individually. In. Mr. Joe Hennig, Director of Development and opexatiom, advised the Ccmissi.oners that Books Builders has subnitt d their application for 58--60 single--family lots for Bell Ranch Terrace - Phase 3 Addition. He stag that it will be proposed that Brooks Builders would be mired to pay a portion of t`x street assessments. He also stated that the Dairy Queen on North mire w-bdch was des tro yed by fire last year will be cleared and they plan to rebuild.
