Your opened the Planning and Zoning Commr:ission meeting at 7:0 p.m. , for the consideration of scheduled iter-s. He stated that all mmbers of the Planning and Zoning Ca mission were present, constituting a quorum. City Planner, Rod Tyler, stated the applicant Mr. FkN�and DiEleufi_erio has submitted a replat which its the minims requirements. set forth in the City of Euless subdivision Rules and Regulations and staff would reca,,wend approval of this replat. He advised the Cmadssioners that the applicant is wishing to s combine two lots into one to accol late for a double wide mobile hone. Mr. Ectriard DiEleuterio, 63 Kelly Circle, Daless, Texas, stated that he is requesting the replat of the property in order to accommodate a double wide mobile ham across the lot for his daughter. Chairman Young asked. for other proponents. There being none, Chairman Young asked if there were any opponents. 'There being none, he closed the public hearing and asked for discussion among the Co issioners. A citizen associated with the Knob Hill Mobile I1cm. Park, imTuired as to if the mobile horre park could deny residents within the park from comirq before the Planning and Zoning Colussion and doing this again. she stated that the mobile bmte park wants the residents to follow their rules and regulations and s1he feels they should be able to override the City's decisions regarding replatting within their park. Imo'. Rod Tyler stated that the association could possibly txy and do this but this would really be considered a legal matter and scrroething the City uvuld not be involved in. Camissioner Hill suggested that maybe the park should change their monthly rates to include a fee for a double lot. Ccr nissioner ovens advised the audience and Cm nissioners that this is one of the nicest mobile home parr in the area and suggest-ed to anyone not familiar with the park to drive through it and visit with the residents. A motion was grade by Comissioner John Deithloff and seconded by Car-sissioner J. C. Jones to approve replat #P-93-02 for Knob Hill Ibbile Home Park as presented. The vote was as follows Ayes- Ccanissioners I�eeithloff, Jones, Zahn, Owens, Hill, `l'?'son and Young Nays- None Chairman Young declared the motion Carried. II.
