RESOLUTION NO. 93-03 CIAC THE SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT A RESOLUTION CONVEYING OF THE CAPITAL -b IMPROVEMENTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE, REIWrIVH TO THE PROGRESS OF THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLANS AND THE IMPOSITION OF IMPACT FEES FOR TRE PERIOD BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1993 TRROUCH 01ME 30, 1993� WHEREAXI, the City Council of the City of Euless, Texas, has adopted the PtCanital 1_niprovement Plan / Water and Wastewater impact Study" (hereinafter referried to as '*Capital .Improvement Plans" ) required by Chapter 395 of the Texas Local Govern.ment Code for the imposition of impact fees for water and, sanitary sewer improvements; and WHEREAS, the City Council, in compliance with Chapter 395, has appointed a Capital Improvements Advisory Committee to monitor and evaluate implementation of the Capital Improvement Plans; and WHEREAS, Chapter 395 requires the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee to file semi-annual repor"Z-'s to the C11ty Council with respect to the progress of the Capital Improvement Plans and any perceived inequities in. implementing the plans or imposing the impact fees; and WHEREAS, the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee has monitored and evaluated the implementation of Capital improvement Plans and imposition of impact fees. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS ADVISORY COMMITTEE OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS. SECTION I. That adequate progress is being made to implement the Capital Improvement. Plans for providing facilities necessitated by and attributable to new de;9th lo pm e n t SECTION 2. The Capit-al Improvements Advisory Committee finds no inequities in inple.menting the Capital. Improverient Plans or imposing the impact SECTION 3. Further, the Capital. '11n.prove-ments Advisory Committee finds the, impact fees are being co.1lected and all funds ' collected are being maintained in accordance with the law.
