Brad Meyer, Carter & Burgess, Inc,, stated that they had been working with :staff vicery
thoroughly on addre=ssing the draln.age and have agreed to insWl a pipe system cosl ng
approximately $100,000 on the far south property line to the creek on the South side of Denton
Drive. He stated tlwt. Mr, Kruelre meyer has been rep ,iewing these plans. Mr. Meyer stated
that he had planned to have these easement doemne.€an.; signed nor this meeting, however, the
