Rod Tvletr, City Planner, introduced this item stating that the City of Euless mq.uires churches to first obtain a Specific Use Permit before occupancy. This propo l is to locate a church on the w. iitheast comer of South Alain and Euless Blvd. The church had even granted a Specific Use Permit for a church on this sate. two ,-ears ago, however, the permit expired its March, l.{ 4.
