loc+ked at the street and made the decision to cat out the portions of the greet that have been darnaged and repair
it with a Minimum of 5' concrete; with tilts. 5 rebar an Tall Ti€gibers and €i" concrete with No. 5 rehar at the
entrance on Fuller Wiser Road,
Chau-man Young wanted clarification on the agreement le=tter from Monarch Dcvvloprnont in reference to the
autfio-,ized si nar€.rre of Mary E, a-y f�joct --klana er. Mr. Rahmani assured the Cornrni�,sion that 0ie was
authori?.�ed to sign such a &Klurrrent and that her -word was represtntative of Monarch Bevelopraaent.
