Minutes
December 9, 1992
Chairperson - Diana Crawford called the meeting to order at 10:10 a.m.
Heibers and Staff Present: Diana Crawford, Patty Fuller, Evelyn Hines,
Helen Payton, Jean Whitner, Nina Winter, lick Herold - Staff Liaison
The minutes of the November 16 meeting were approved.
The committee chose to meet the second Monday of each month in Building A,
Conference Room 2 at 10:00 a.m.
The committee proceed to write a Mission Statement and Bylaws for adoption at
the January 11 meeting.
A motion made by Nina Winter and seconded by Jean Whitner that the Mission
Statement and Bylaws be sent to members prior to the January meeting for
review prior to adoption (approved) at the January 11 , 1993 meeting and
subsequent approval by the City Council was approved by all members present.

1. South Euless Elementary Memories Reception January 5, 1993 South
Euless Cafetorium 3 : 30-5:30 p.m.
2 . South Euless Elementary Cornerstone Sitting Ceremony March 2 - South
Euless Elementary 2:00 p.m.
3. Chairperson Crawford requested that each member bring 5 project ideas
for 1993 to the January meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 12:30 p.m.
