I. Old Business
A. Fuller House Update
Mr. Storey has purchased some electrical supplies and
needs to install a circuit box. TU Electric has installed
a temporary service line to the Fuller House. Chairperson
Crawford has contacted Trent Petty at TU Electric to see if
TU Electric will install a permanent underground electric
line at no cost.
The Parks Board approved the moving of the jogging
track and installation of a six foot black wrought iron
fence.
Goal of Historical Committee is to have electrical work
and fence completed by the November 11 meeting.
B. Elisha Adam Euless Historical Marker Update
Monument is not designed as originally planned. It was
the plan of the Historical Committee that the monument
be handicap accessible, have room for a group of 25 to 30
people to stand and for people to be able to walk up and
touch the marker. Weldon Cannon suggested that perhaps the
flat part on the west side could be paved for people to
stand rather than having greenery. The Historical Committee
has made three recommendations. Julia Wakeley will pass
recommendations to Rick Herold. Recommendations are:
1. Remove light in center of walk to make wheel chair
accessible
2. Pave walk to marker

with paving.

p.m. on Sunday afternoon. Definite date cannot be set until
marker is completed and Tarrant County Judge Tom Vandergriff
and Don Willis from Texas Historical Commission are
available.
Committee looked at invitations provided by Chairperson
Crawford and agreed on a good grade of cream colored stock.
