MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE LIBRARY BOARD
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2019
ITEM NO. 1 CALLED TO ORDER
A regular meeting of the Euless Public Library Board was called to order by Chairman Snitz at
4:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 5,2019, in the east end of the parking lot of the Library, 201 N.
Ector Drive. Those present included Chairman Barney Snitz, Vice Chairman Allan Gibbs, Board
Members Jim Hamilton, Mike McGehee, Leslie Kane, and Alternates Rochelle Ragas and Mavy
Wright.
STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT
Sherry Knight, Library Administrator
Mollie Snapp, Administrative Secretary
Chris Barker, Assistant City Manager
Kyle McAdams, Fleet and Facilities Director
VISITORS
LuAnn Portugal, Euless, Texas
Jim Tharp, OWT Architects
Kathy Conlin, Euless Library Foundation
ITEM NO. 2 WELCOMED VISITORS
Library Director Sherry Knight welcomed all visitors present and made introductions.
ITEM NO. 3 PRESENTED LIBRARY DIRECTOR'S REPORT
❖ Tour of Library
Ms. Knight gave a tour of the building.
ITEM NO. 4 PUBLIC COMMENTS
LuAnn Portugal of Euless, TX thanked the staff for the work done.
ITEM NO. 5 ADJOURNMENT
Ms. Knight adjourned the meeting at 5:11 p.m.
