3. Michelle Burger reported that on March 26, 2001, she and Dan attended the General
Granbury Celebration at the Granbury Historical Square. Mr. Chuck Rickgauer of Tolar,
Texas had a booth promoting"The Windmill Farm". Michelle told Chuck about our
Himes house and informed him that our Chairman, Bill Byers, was looking for a windmill
to be donated to the City of Euless. Mr. Rickgauer became very interested and with
further communication between Michelle, Bill Byers,Deputy City Manager Gary
McKamie and Mayor Mary Lib Saleh, Chuck Rickgauer notified Michelle that he has a
windmill to be donated to the City of Euless. Mark Welch from Benbrook has the
windmill to donate and Chuck Rickgauer has the blade and tower.
4. Bill Byers suggested we make a trip to Tolar, Texas to view the"Windmill Farm". A date
of April 16th was made to meet at the Fuller House at 9:30 a.m. The date was later
changed to Thursday April 19`h. Approximately 9 committee members indicated they
would like to go to Tolar.
5. Michelle Burger inquired as to whether the Fuller House has been captured on film. She
further mentioned that her sister, Judy Kelly, works for Kelly Productions of Dallas. Judy
is a Drama Professor at the University of Dallas and worked with the City of Dallas' year
2000 restoration of the"Pegasus of Mobil Oil" sign. The estimated cost for the effort to
provide a promotional film for the two homes would run from$12,000 to $15,000.
Glenda Hartsell will check into the feasibility of this suggestion.
6. Troy Fuller is working with David Allen and others to develop a web site on the
computer.
7. Further effort is being made to get the donated organ in a workable condition. Committee
members would like to be able to play a few small tunes on it.

brochure for Himes Log House. Members were asked to review the material and offer
any suggestions for final copy. He is also incorporating material from his previous history

"Historical" sites are not adequate on the north and west sides of the City.
