c. Suzanne Hendrickson offered a suggestion to the committee regarding the hours
of the Heritage Park Christmas celebration. She suggested that instead of holding
the celebration from 4 p.m. —7 p.m. as in years past, it could be held from 1 p.m.
to 5 p.m. during regular Museum tour hours. She gave the following reasons for
the suggestion:
1. Shorter day, instead of committee members, staff and volunteers
having to be at the event from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.,they would be there
from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
2. Holding the event during the day would make it a little warmer not
only for committee members but for the public as well.
3. Certain costs would be eliminated including Light tower rental fees.
Committee members were very agreeable to Ms. Hendrickson's suggestion. It
was decided that Heritage Park Christmas this year would be on December 11,
2004 during the regularly scheduled Museum tour hours of 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

floor during Heritage Park Christmas to help make it warmer.

card on the loss of her mother-in-law. She and her husband were both appreciative of the
