Ginger Fuller as members and spouses of members who could use the committee's

7. Suzanne Hendrickson reported on the following:
a. Reported that details regarding the quarterly program are near completion.
Committee members were asked about the possibility of having cookies and
punch and having a display of historical artifacts on site. Committee members
were agreeable to both suggestions. Mrs. Fuller requested a coversheet like the
one displayed at Fuller House for the quarterly program. Suzanne Hendrickson
will have one ready. Committee members were encouraged to attend the program
on January 19 at 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
b. With regards to the "narratives for docents" pamphlet previously discussed by the
committee, Suzanne Hendrickson is currently working on the draft. It was
mentioned that since it may be difficult for various committee members to write
down their historical testimonials, voice recorders could be provided for them to
record their narratives on. Ofa "Mary" would then type up their recorded
statements. Suzanne Hendrickson or Betty Fuller may be contacted if anyone is
interested.
c. The educational brochures will be ready by the first tour in January and the
