Old Business
1. Thomas Stover requested and was given Board's and Commission applications.
2. Suzanne Hendrickson was asked to report on the memorial for Mrs. McCormick. Ms.
Hendrickson indicated that Mrs. McCormick's family requested that any memorials on
behalf of Mrs. McCormick be sent to Susan Crim, City Secretary. Ms. Crim was then to
separate the memorials either for the Historical Preservation Committee or the Library
depending on what each donor requested. Loretta Getchell indicated that the City could
write a check to the Committee once the memorials stopped coming in if the Committee
chooses. Ms. Hendrickson further reported that"thank you"notes and acknowledgements
are being sent to all donors and to Elizabeth Wilcox by Ms. Hendrickson. There is
currently$910.00 in the account at this time. Committee members were agreeable to wait

Mrs. McCormick.
3. Mrs. Fuller brought up for discussion the possibility of making a plaque with the names of
donors who have given to the Historical Preservation Committee. Mrs. Payton suggested
that perhaps a plaque could be made with the names of Committee members who have
passed away. After a brief discussion, it was decided that the idea would be discussed
further at a later date.

on February 19, 2007 and should be completed within two weeks. Plans for a March open
house should proceed as usual.
10. Dan Clark inquired if interior repairs could also be done on the Fuller House. Suzanne
Hendrickson indicated that it is possible for interior work to be done; however, she asked
that this be looked into later, once the house has had time to settle after the foundation
repair work. Additionally, some of the work could possibly be done in-house depending on
the extent of the work required.
11. Iva Nail reported that Shirley Mercer called and could not make it to the meeting and Doris
Brown had a conflict and could not attend the meeting as well.
12. Dan Clark has turned in Beatrice Green and Halatono Naeata's oral history interviews to
