DOCENT'S REPORT/RECRUITMENT
1. Norma Lively was a docent at the March 8, 2008 open house. Her name was not noted as
such at last months meeting.
2. Sue Stover and Gary Fieldsend reported a total of thirty-seven visitors on Saturday, April
12, 2008. It was a good crowd with young teens taking tours of the facility. Three of the

park with her elementary school before. It was further reported that a Cub Scouts group
toured the property. Mrs. Fuller mentioned that the group originally scheduled a group tour
but later canceled. The group decided to tour the facility individually during regular open
