The Teen Court Advisory Board of the cities of Hurst, Euless and Bedford, Texas met at 6:00
p.m. at Bedford City Hall on the 3rd day of October 2019, with the following members present:
HURST: Bien Camungol, Nancy Welton
EULESS: Robin Edwards
BEDFORD: Phoenix Sheffield
TEEN REPRESENTATIVES:

Bedford Council Liaison — Roger Fisher

CALL TO ORDER
Vice Chairperson Bien Camungol called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. with a quorum of four Board
Members present.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. Consider approval oft following Teen Court Advisory Board minutes:
a) September 5, 2019 Regular Meeting
Robin Edwards made a motion to approve the September 5, 2019 Regular Meeting minutes and
Phoenix Sheffield seconded the motion and all were in favor.
ADJOURNMENT
Vice Chairperson Bien Camungol made a motion to adjourn and Nancy Welton seconded the motion.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
