Chairman Mike McGehee called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.

DISPOSITION OF THE MINUTES:
The Chairman asked for a motion to be made to accept the November minutes. Marcia Brown made the motion to accept the minutes,
and Barney Snitz seconded the motion.
REPORT FROM THE LIBRARY ADMINISTRATOR:
With the resignation of JoAnn Rogers the City Manager,Joe Hennig,requested that Tammi Trull attend the December meeting to give
the Library Report.
Tammi reported that for the month of November the gate count was over 16,000 and we processed a total of 45 ILL's. On November
17th the Library was closed to the public to upgrade the Polaris system. The process went smoothly with only minor adjustments to
our files.
Circulation has had some privacy concerns regarding the pick up of hold items. For additional privacy it was decided to move the
self-serve hold shelves to the back office.
Sherry Knight will be back to work on a part-time basis on December 5`h.
Elaine Thornton in the Youth Department will be going to Trinity High School next week to give information to the senior class on
what is available at the Library for their graduation essays.
Karan reported to the Board that Lloyd Baldwin statue has been re-polished.

1. The Euless Library Foundation will participate in the Parade of Lights on December 3`d

The Chairman asked for a motion to adjourn. The motion was made by Barney Snitz and seconded by Adriane Weinstein. The
meeting was adjourned at 7:33 p.m.
