EULESS PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
December 5, 1991
The meeting was called to order by Alice Ernest at 7:05 P.M.

The minutes from the previous meeting were approved as corrected.
LIBRARIAN'S REPORT:
Betty Yarbrough reported the following statistics for the month of November:
Total circulation- 13,254
Of 317 new registrations 238 were adult and 79 were juvenile. The two-month cumulative
circulation of 27,168 reflects a 12.4% increase from 1990-91.
Statistics include 83 visits to the Genealogy Room; 1 ,770 videocassettes checked out; a total walk-
in count of 4,530.' Fifteen volunteers contributed 233 3/4 hours of service. Meredith McMannis
hosted 15 storytimetime sessions attended by 269 children and 30 adults; a total of 180 children
and 30 adults were conducted on 4 library tours. These totals included all sections of North Euless
5th and 6th grade students plus Oakwood Terrace 6th graders. Thirty-one Oakwood Terrace
students completed registrations for library cards.
