MEMBERS PRESENT STAFF PRESENT VISITOR Bill Kirkley Elaine Turner Chris Kubin Sheila Williams (Friends of the Alice Ernest Library) Betty Fuller The minutes from the previous meeting were approved. LIBRARIAN BOARD REPORT FOR MONTH OF: APRIL 1991 CIRCULATION REPORT TOTAL APRIL CIRCULATION: 13, 049 Up 08. 6% from previous year. NEW MEMBER REGISTRATIONS: 287 Adults: 220 Juveniles: 67 REGISTRATIONS: 39 Out of city: 36 Out of county: 3 INTER LIBRARY LOAN REQUEST: 78 VISITS TO THE GENEALOGY ROOM: 80 VIDEO CASSETTES CHECKED OUT: 2, 007 ART PRINTS CHECKED OUT: 8 WALK IN TRAFFIC: 4, 596 IN-HOUSE USE OF MATERIALS: 2,394 VOLUNTEERS VOLUNTEERS: 15 Hours Contributed: 231.Hrs 35 min.
