We had as visitors, Nina Winters, Jay Heilman, and Steve
Norwood who spoke to us about the bond election on November
19 and plans for a new library and other city projects.
. The minutes for the October meeting were approved with a
correction of the number of children attending the Special
Programs and Tours from 386 to 21 .
