Richland Hills Libraries of Tarrant County Sesquicentennial Workshop Meredith visited the schools promoting a summer reading program. Response has been excellent. Libraries of Tarrant Counties brings together schools and public librarians once a quarter for program development. User fees will be charged by the City of Hurst. Euless will not charge residents of the H.E.B. area. When we do set a fee structure it will be on the low end of the area. Euless library membership is 25 percent non resident of Euless. However, it is not known what the usage structure of that 25 percent is at this time. Betty Fuller recommended that a charge for a book will be 25' per item, art prints and videos will be $3.00. City Employees will be exempt. ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business discussed, the meeting adjourned at 7:50 P.M.
