Hurst Library has voted to charge a fee to Euless residents and other
non-Hurst residents. Betty explained how the charges were set in Ft.
Worth. Judy Brown indicated that Hurst may not charge Mid-Cities
residents. The need for charges came about as a result of the county
(Tarrant) stopping funding. A part of the funding requirement was that
all residents of the county have access to the Libraries.
