Euless Public Library Board of Trustees
April 8, 1982
CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Euless Public Library Board of Trustees
was called to order by Chairman Bill Foreman at 7:08 P.M. in the Fuller Room
of the Library.

Due to a absence of members a quorum was not present.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting dated March 4, 1982 were approved
with the following addition - under members absent Dave Haigler appeared
at the end of the meeting.
LIBRARIANS REPORT
Total circulation for March was 8,907 compared to 7,057 the previous
year. There were 423 new registrations with 131 out to the City and 7 out of
the County. Twelve requests for inter-library loans were made with 7 pieces
of material received. There were 525 in house reference questions, 418 by phone
with 68 reserves checked out.
GENEALOGY
There were 111 visits with 53(48%) being from Euless .
VIDEOCASSETTES
In March 218 videocassettes were checked out.
STORYTIME
Seventeen sessions were held with 241 children and 31 adults attend-
ing.

REPORTS AND MEETINGS
Mrs . Yarbrough attended a workshop on Employee Performance and
Job Satisfaction, the PLANT meeting, a volunteer seminar on Power, Authority
and Decision Making, the TRLA meeting and the TLA convention .
Mrs . Yarbrough was a judge at the HEB ISD Spelling Bee.
