anYmore about the ordinance that they library has been asking
about for the last 2 yrs. To the new members, this is an ordinance
that we have reeuested to the City Council to check with. the Citv
Attorney to see if we could net sot ethinq done to net our hooks
back from the neoele who have them out . The didn' t know whether
it ould be legal to have the nolice denartment to go b7 and hnooh
on doors or what nrocess we should use to trY and get the hooks
nob . They total un to euite a lot of money. Tirs. Armstrong said
with no more book bud7et than we have , anything lost is somethin7.

had mention it to LYnn Shackelford before . Other cities have such
