as follows, a motion was made to add this naragranh, "Prs.
Armstrong wanted a list of volunteers for the Genealogy Room. "

2 tours with 72 neonle . In regards to reference euestions , there
were f:2 wan: ins, and 53 shone calls. here were 8 Story hours
with 125 attended. Interlibrary loan resuests were 31 and 24
cooks sent in resronse to reeuest .

On second reading - Sic Perkins made a motion to adont
"The 7reedom to Road" and Library 7ill of Rights. 7ill licCrav
second. All members 1:-ore in favor.
Corrections - 7olicv for he Cenealogv room. After the
second sentence , the next sentence should have been , "It
as suggested that the wording of the Introduction be
changed. " It was also suggested to attach a cow- of the
T'olicv Statement as adontel of the genealogy 1...00m.
Correction-The Chairman asked to have someone annointel.
