The regular meeting of the Euless Library Board was
called to order at 7: 35 P.M. , by Dottie Pagley,Chariman.

No corrections forthcoming, the minutes were declared
approved as written , by the Chairman.

There were 4 Story Fours with 142 atten'?ing. Also there
ware rc , Film 7rograms with 339 atter'' ng Interlibrary
Loan Requests were 4 and materials sent in res onse to
the Interlibrary Loan reaue. ts were 49. There ware 65
reserved books checked out .

10th representative from the telephone
company cape out to show a film and 7 ire out booklets on
telephone manners . There were 3 sessions , attended by
representatives of all der,artments of the city.
Cn August 12th there was a reception for City Manager,
Mr.Sustaire who completed 20 years in service .
Cn August 22 , Grand Prairie Public Library had a
'- orkshon or 'ar_an ring Genealogy Services . This was attended
by I'r s . Geneva Armstrong and Mrs . Sis Perkins .
On September 1st , Mrs . Merry Covington started working
as Assistant Librarian/ Children ' s librarian.

GENEALOGY CON Bill McCray
The Library has bought rest of the furniture , which
includes the following:
8 book cases
1 smill table
1 carrel with overhead shelves
Bill McCray also memtion that they need a new
lock on the door.

There will be a Book Sale on the 17th and 18th of
March 1978 at the Northeast Mall.
