Chairriaan. i,i embers attending : Roy Blood, Kay Fuller, Jo In ram, Bill
is_cCray, and Dotty Bagley. Barbara Zieschang was absent and excused as
she had to attend a function for unohine =louse.

were approved as corrected.

The circulat inn record shows an incr .ase of +5.2% for
October . Revenue from Library Cervices for the t714- 175 year is
as follows : Book fines w1,9O3 .51; Copy iv:achine 0.,979 .20 ; Fopks
lost and paid for 0.25.25 ; :lifts 0_0.10 for a Grand Total of

of Overdue notices . railed 5(34; In etu,ing phone calls 4,357 which
includes reference questions and eneral information; 3 ,542 outzoing
calls covering ov)rcue notice, reserve hook notice, and research
end reference; 595 Reserved books checked out ; 358 Inter Library
Lcan r: c;uests with 305 of these being filled which is t2 .62-0.

the entire board o_ reed. Total children attending :story `.':our

Library and some suggestions for articles to be placed in the ,id-

the caper would be able to 2,ive our Library more coverae in the
future due to the new policy of the paper to concentrate on the
news of Hurst-Euless-Bedford area .

The Friends held a ;eneral rr:eetin 10/21/75 in the
Fuller R.-)om and their news letter was sent out in early October
noting the purchase by the Friends of four novelty animal chairs
for the childrens area and it also reminded everyone of the Book
Sale to he held this Spring. Collections are going on. now --
especially children, relious , end cook books -- also magazines
like National Geographic , Scientific America , House Beautiful
and better homes sell very well. All Board —embers are urged to
tell their friends about THtr FRILI,LL, and donating books and
ma`;azines for the book sale.
