County Funds of "5,1467 were received 14-22-75.
Aw5,000 grant from LSCA, Title I for establishing an Adult Basic
education Learning Center at our Library in conjunction with the
:north Texas Co-op. The Library supplies the space and softyare,
the Co-op provides hardware and instructor.
FRI ,PADS LIAISON - Dotty Ragley
On April 28th the Friends held the first general
meeting; in the Fuller Room. A Constttution and By- Laws were adopted
and officers were elected for the cooing year. Mrs . Ragley thanked
rrs . Lon Perkins , President, in the name of the Library Board for
her hard work in ;betting the Friends re-organized. The Friends
will have a Book gale in N. E. ::all on key 9th and 10th.

good idea for anyone giving a report of any k'.rd to have the renort
either hand written or typed un ahead of time in order to help the
..ecretary and help keep meetings brief.
