Euless Library Board
October 17, 1969
CALL TO ORDER
The regular me,,J.inq of the Euless Library
Board was called to order at 7:30 P. M. , in the Fuller Room of Euless Public
Library, with Mrs. Ruby Harris presiding. Members in attendance are listed
as follows: Mesdms . Barbara Zieschang, Winifred Goss and Harris; Messers .
Walter McCormick and George Scott. (Chairman Wayne C) 'Daniel was unable to attend
because of illness .)
Also present was Mrs. Geneva Armstrong,
Librarian.

CIRCULATION REPORT,
MRS. GENEVA ARMSTRONG
Mrs. Geneva Armstrong, Librarian, submitted
a written report indicating circulation figures for the months of January, 1969,
through September, 1969. (Copy of Report made a part of these minutes .)
Mrs. Armstrong commented that, although the
report indicates a decrease in circulation for the month of September, the Library
was not used less than usual .

BRIEFING OF NEW MEMBERS
Members of the Board discussed the date and
time for Library Board Meetings . New Members were advised that the third Friday
of each month is the regular meeting date, with the designated hour for the meetings
at 7:00 P. M.

REPORT ON LIBRARY WORKSHOP
HELD ON OCTOBER 17, 1969
Mrs. Armstrong reported on a Library Workshop
held in the City of Waco on October 17, 1969. Mrs. Armstrong advised that the
workshop, which was sponsored by the Texas State Library pertained to paperwork
and reports submitted by Librarians.
