January 18, 1968
CALL TO ORDER
The Regular Meeting of the Euless I_i b pa ry
Board was called to order at 8:00 P. M. in the Library Building by Chairman
Lydia Browne. The following members were present: Mesdms. Lydia Browne and
Ruby Harris; Mr. Wayne O'Danlel . Also present was Mrs. Geneva Armstrong,
Librarian.
LIBRARIANS REPORT,
MRS. GENEVA ARMSTRONG
Mrs. Geneva Armstrong, Librarian of Euless
Public Library presented a report concerning circulation for the year 197,
as follows:
Total circulation 46,588
Books in stock 16,274
Volumes Added 1,816
Volumes withdrawn 252

AMENDMENTS TO BYLAWS
EULESS LIBRARY BOARD
There was a discussion of proposed amend-
ments to the bylaws of the Euless Library Board which had been forwarded to
members for their consideration, prior to the meeting.
Mr. Wayne O'Daniel made the motion to
approve the amendments. Mrs. Harris seconded the motion, and the vote is
as follows:
Ayes: Mr. O'Daniei , Mesdms. Harris and Browne
Mays: None
Mrs. Browne declared the motion carried,

T.R.A.L.A. MEETING

Mrs. Armstrong reported that Euless will
hest a T.R.A.L.A. meeting on February 16, 1968, at 10:00 A. 14.

IV.
DONATION FROM EULESS GARDEN CLUB
There was a discussion of the donation,
in the amount of $94.24, which was given to the library by the Euless Garden
Club.
Mrs. Harris made the motion to purchase
books which would be of interest to garden club members with this $9424
contribution. Mr. O'Daniel seconded the motion, and the vote is as follows:
Ayes: Mr. O'Daniel ; Mesdms. Harris and Browne
Nays: None
Mrs. Browne declared the motion carried.

The meeting adjourned at 9: 15 P. M.
