CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Euless Library
Board was called to order at 8:00 P. M. by Chairman Lydia Browne, in Euless
City Hall , with the following members present: Mesdms. Lydia Browne, Ruby
Harris, Geneva Atmstrong and JIm Pollard; Messrs. Wayne O'Daniel and Bob
Soule. Prior to the Call to Order, Members of the Board toured the new
library facility.

architectural firm.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Minutes of the previous meeting, dated
September 21 , 1967, were approved as presented.

Mr. Jarvis advised that the Total available
funds is $6,243.63, and the remaining contingency fund is $241.31 .
Mr. Bob Soule made the motion to delete
items listed as follows: slide projector, slotted shelves, calculator and
offset press, and add items to the list of purchases, as follows: mimeograph
machine, electric adding machine and copy machine. Mr. O'Daniel seconded the
motion, and the vote is as follows:
Ayes: Mesdms. Browne, Harris and Pollard; Messrs. O'Daniel and Soule
Nays: None
Mrs. Browne declared the motion carried. (Copies of Architect's reports on

Mr. Soule made the motion to authorize
Mr. Duane Jarvis to place orders for equipment which has been approved for
purchase. Mr. O'Daniel seconded the motion, and the vote is as follows:
Ayes: Mesdms. Browne, Harris and Pollard; Messrs. O Daniel and Soule
Nays: None
Mrs. Browne declared the motion carried.
