A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EULESS, TEXAS, APPOINTING THE FIRM OF
TAYLOR, OLSON, ADKINS, SRALLA & ELAM, L.L.P.,
ATTORNEYS AT LAW, TO SERVE AS THE CITY
ATTORNEY OF THE CITY OF EULESS, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, The Euless City Charter requires the City Council to appoint a city
attorney to serve as legal advisor; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to appoint a city attorney to carry out the
duties of the office of City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to appoint the Firm of Taylor, Olson, Adkins,
Sralla and Elam, L.L.P, Attorneys at Law, to serve as City Attorney, with Wayne Olson
serving as the lead City Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF EULESS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1
The Firm of Taylor, Olson, Adkins, Sralla and Elam, L.L.P, Attorneys at Law, is
hereby appointed to serve as City Attorney of the City of Euless, Texas, with Wayne
Olson serving as the lead City Attorney.
SECTION 2
EFFECTIVE DATE: This appointment shall become effective January 1, 2011.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED at the regular meeting of the Euless City Council
on the 23rd day of November 2010 by a vote of 7 ayes, 0 nays, and 0
abstentions.
