Board of Aldermen
April 10, 1953
The Board of Aldermen of the Village of
Euless met in called session at 7:00 p.m., on April 10, 1953• Present
were Mayor Umphress, Aldermen Tillery, M i l l i c a n, and Anderson.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss
water and sewer franchises with Mr. R. E. Wisenbaker, who was present,
along with Buck Conway and P. D. DePmaphi 1 is.
After a lengthy and enlightening discussion
it was agreed that Mr. Wisenbaker would meet with the board on our next
regular meeting night, and in the meantime would prepare water and sewage
franchise agreements, submitting them to Mayor Umphress in advance of the
meeting in order that they may be duly examined by Attorney Gleeson.
Adjournment was at 9:30 P.M.
